My Journey from being a naive baker - experiencing learning - getting professionally trained - till opening the first ever store was super exciting. It still excites me every single day and made me feel grateful. I shaped the concept the way I visioned on First day!
Began as a cloud-based bakery serving patrons fresh out of the oven, home-made treats, Shozo Bakers is now serving from its very first baking cum retail studio in Vadodara.

It always been my dream become forte to run a food joints where craftsmanship, flavor, and finesse were given prominence over everything else. And, that’s how the story of Shozo Bakers began!
