I was happy and at the peak of my life until 2020 came and tossed almost all the aspects of my life.

As I sat aside and saw things from distance, I realized that we all have been through such unexpected phases in life. Memories of what happened to me and what I did was creating anger and guilt. And imagining the uncertainty of the future was filling me up with nothing but fear and anxiety.

Is memory and imagination the real cause of my suffering? Yess!!!!!!

But wasn’t good memory and imagination the cause of my success too? Ohh..Yes It was!!

Imagine your consciousness oscillating between past (memory) and future (imagination) like a pendulum.

While I felt my setback was the end of everything, it was actually the beginning, the beginning of the most incredible and eternal phase of my life!

Negative Oscillation of our thoughts ruin everything, and positive oscillation of thoughts is the base of all the happiness and success in life. Our evolutionary traits and unfavorable life events switch us to negative oscillations.
